What we collect

Your name, email address, optional phone number and contact preference, plus the business and project details you choose to share. Please do not include sensitive personal information.

How it is used and stored

Project briefs are stored securely and are available to the authorised Ascentize account. Our hosting and database infrastructure processes this information to operate the enquiry service. Resend processes your brief to send an email notification to Ascentize. We do not sell your enquiry information.

We process enquiries to take steps at your request before entering a service agreement and to manage legitimate business enquiries. We keep enquiry information while it is needed for those purposes. You can ask us about retention or request deletion using the contact below.

Your saved progress

The project builder saves your project choices on this device for up to seven days so you can return after a refresh. The name, email, phone and contact-preference fields are not saved in browser storage. Saved choices are cleared after successful submission. You can also remove them through your browser’s site-data settings.

Spam protection

We use a hidden form field and submission limits to reduce spam. An IP-derived identifier is stored temporarily for rate limiting. Expired limit records are cleared during later submissions.
